Charlie Murray, Jr.

Vice President

Charlie Murray was born to Mr. Charlie Murray, Sr. and Mrs. Lorraine Murray August 18, 1981. At an early age, he developed a passion for music and served as a musician for various local churches. Upon graduation from Middleton High School, Murray attended Gupton-Jones College of Funeral Service in Atlanta, GA where he successfully attained a degree in Funeral Service and passed The National Board of Funeral Directors and Embalmers. While employed by Sellers-Smith Funeral Home in Newnan, GA, he also passed the Georgia State Board of Funeral Service. Currently he serves as the pastor of First Baptist Church of James Island. He's also a member of Royal Baptist Church, N.F.D.A, Brothers and Sisters United for Change, N.A.A.C.P., Boaz Lodge #309 F. & A.M., and Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc.
