Camille ShaRhonda Wilkinson, was born May 12, 1978, in Charleston, South Carolina to Cleaster Young and the late Frank Wilkinson, Jr.  Camille was the third eldest of four beautiful daughters born unto this union. Having blessed this earth for 45 years, 6 months and 13 days, Camille transitioned from labor to reward on November 25, 2023.

Affectionately known as "Mille" she was a proud "daddy's girl." Although very shy as a child, Camille's personality was bold and vibrant. She was full of life and lived each day to the fullest. At an early age, she accepted Christ as her personal Savior. Throughout her childhood and into her adult life she remained committed and solidly grounded in her faith.

Camille graduated from Goose Creek High School in 1996. After graduating, she  attended Georgia State University where she majored in Biology. Upon  completion, she returned to South Carolina, where she began her career at MUSC as a medical assistant. During this assignment, she found her true calling which was "service to others." Camille was destined for greatness and challenged herself to become the best in all aspects of her career and life. Goal driven, she went on to obtain several degrees, Associate of Nursing, Bachelor of Science in Nursing, dual Master of Science degrees in Nursing and Informatics. Camille lived a Proverbs 27:17 life, she believed "Iron sharpeneth iron": so a man sharpeneth the countenance of his friend. With this belief, she became and Adjunct Professor educating and mentoring future nurses and frontline workers in various aspects of healthcare. Her biggest accomplishment was becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) where she selflessly served all that she encountered. With all of her accomplishments, blessings and accolades, she remained extremely humble.

Camille lived her best life, her smile was infectious and her energy was contagious. She loved to shop and spend time with her friends/coworkers However, her favorite pastime traveling and spending time with family; especially her sisters.  Camille adored her mother and the love she exuded for each of her sisters was indescribable. Although she loved her sisters equally, she shared and unique bond with them separately.  Overall her family and close friends were her entire world.

Camille also found great joy in showering her nieces and nephews with unconditional love, immeasurable kindness and priceless life lessons. She undoubtedly, spoiled each one of them. To them she was "Auntie Mille" to her, they were her everything and she made sure they knew it.

Camille is preceded in death by her father Frank Wilkinson Jr, nephew Donyelle Folk, both paternal and maternal grandparents.

Her beautiful life will forever be cherished in the lives, her loving mother, Cleaster Young; her older sisters Yulonda Wilkinson, Vonetta Wilkinson and Tamiko Wilkinson. nephews; DeJon Wilkinson (Theresa), Carnell Taveres Folk Jr, Mark Mazyck Jr, and Kyron Long. nieces; Lashonta Griffin (Tony), Cierra Mazyck, and Serenity Dotch. one great-niece, two great-nephews and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Although Camille departed this life, her legacy and life lessons will continue to live on. Her overwhelming capacity to care for anyone/everyone will be greatly missed. She knew that on her Judgement Day, she would be judged by her standard of life, and not her standard of living; by her measure of giving and not her measure of wealth; by her simple goodness, and not her pursuit of greatness. She believed that is not the material things in life that she acquired, but hearts and lives she touched that would mean the most. Camille fully understood her assignment, her work here on earth is now done. She walked in humbly into her  final destiny greeted by her father Frank Jr. and nephew Donyelle. Rest well thy faithful servant, rest well.
