Mr. Barron DuVall Canty, Jr., affectionately known as "BJ," 28, of Indian Land, SC, entered into eternal rest on Friday, October 18, 2024.

The relative and friends of Mr. Barron DuVall Canty, Jr. are invited to attend his Celebration of Life Service on Wednesday, October 30, 2024 at 11:00 AM in Morris Street Baptist Church, 25 Morris Street, Charleston, SC. Interment - Sunset Memorial Gardens, 2915 Ashley Phosphate Road, North Charleston, SC. A public viewing will be held on Tuesday, October 29, 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the church.

He is survived by his parents, Dr. Caroline Wright Canty and Lt. Col. Barron DuVall Canty, Sr., USAF, Ret.; his sister, Dr. Patience Canty; his brother, Mr. Estephan Amador; his grandparents, Mr. Reginald A. Wright, Sr., Mr. Fred Snype and Mrs. Jeannette Johnson; and a host of other relatives and friends.
